Overview
I worked on the Talent Max Salesforce Admin project to enhance my Salesforce skills by building a fully functional Salesforce Org for a car dealership. This hands-on experience allowed me to practice key administrative tasks such as customizing objects, configuring security settings, automating business processes, and creating reports and dashboards. Throughout the project, I focused on improving customer tracking and management processes while ensuring the system met real-world business needs. The Talent Max project focused on designing a tailored Salesforce Org with custom objects, relationships, and data fields to track customer, vehicle, and service details effectively. I configured robust security settings, including organization-wide defaults, roles, and permission sets, to ensure secure data access. By automating key sales and service processes through validation rules, workflows, and flows, I streamlined operations and improved efficiency. Additionally, I customized a branded Lightning App with personalized record pages and layouts to enhance user experience. To support data-driven decision-making, I developed actionable reports, dashboards, and SOQL queries.
